How can it be Free?

The Landlord Link is a privately funded company, we generate revenue through our advertisers and sponsors. As a result, we are able to reinvest this revenue in order to provide and improve our free service. It is our belief that users should not have to pay upfront fees or agents commission in order to sell their property online.

How long will it take before my property is listed?

Your property will be listed within 24 hours.

How long can my property stay on The Landlord Link website?

For as long as you wish to advertise your property.

What is Gross Rental Yield?

The gross yield is the income generated by the investment before running costs are deducted.

How do I calculate Gross Rental Yield?

Use our online Gross Yield Calculator. To manually calculate your gross rental yield... divide your annual rental income by the purchase price of the property and multiply this figure by 100 to get the percentage yield.

Can I advertise my property on The Landlord Link and also use an estate agent?

Yes.

Can I advertise more than one property?

Yes, you can list as many properties as you wish.

Do I need to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to advertise/sell my property?

You are required by law to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate before selling your property. It would be preferable if you added the EPC details on your listing but this is not mandatory.

How long does an EPC last?

Once issued the EPC lasts for 10 years. It can be used as many times as required during this period.

Why has my advert been removed or deleted?

If your advert breaches our Terms & Conditions, then we will remove it. When we remove an advert we will email you to explain why. Adverts may be occasionally suspended if they are deemed potentially suspicious.
