Tenants have rented the property for a number of years now through Reeds Rains, a youngish couple with a toddler, never missed a payment, never ask for anything. Really easy tenants to deal with. This is their first home. They want to stay in the property & are not looking to buy but to stay rented.

It's on a nice estate called Summer Downs, estate was built around 2004. We purchased the house in 2005. Good neighbours, never had any trouble with any neighbours or the area in general.

The house pictures I have are from around 6 years ago when I moved out, I have had tenants in ever since then, never had any issues with getting tenants. Last time I saw the property in around 2020 the only work that was potentially needed was some decorating, I could not see any other issues with the property.

It consists of hallway, which has a kitchen coming off it along with a downstair toilet, it leads to the living room which has patio doors (recently had new locks fitted) that leads to the garden.

I lived in this house for around 12 years and it's perfect for a small family. Looking to sell as we are currently on an interest only mortgage, with the current increase we feel we are ready to sell.
